![]() It may be possible to improve the AVI demuxer so that VLC is able to playback that format of AVI correctly, so if you wish to submit a patch then feel free. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there isn't a "quick fix" for playing back the video with audio in VLC - the above method works and can be done for a large number of files in one batch. If set up correctly you should get a duplicate of all the files in the input directory in the output directory, only encapsulated in the full AVI 2.0 container format. But if you want to play regular videos but still would like to remove the videoskin, its easy. ![]() The videoskins are automatically disabled in case you play some karaoke files. Then press "Start" to run the job/batch script. VirtualDJ 2018 introduces a new concept of VideoSkins, and by default a videoSkin is applied (and as a result, will show the title, waveform, and popups for effects on the video output).Select the input directory followed by the output directory. Then in the VirtualDub Job control window go to "Edit > Process directory.".Place all of the files you want to convert into one directory, and create another directory for where you want to place your output files. After that go to "File > Job control.", and you should see you job in there.Do as you would for re-saving one file, except when you go to "File > Save as AVI." tick the tickbox saying "Don't run this job now add it to job control so I can run it in batch mode".If it does work, then you can set up a batch conversion using VirtualDub's job control. If it doesn't then could you upload a sample file to e.g. Well just try the method out on one file to see if it works.
